Hours: 12 hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays and sleep-ins

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join a specialist team providing support to a young woman in her own home.
You will work as part of a consistent and dedicated team supporting a young woman with Prader-Willi Syndrome and Autism.
She enjoys animals, maintaining an active lifestyle and participating in activities within her local community. Your role will be to support her to achieve her personal goals, develop her independence and live a fulfilling life on her own terms.
Working closely with colleagues, family members and other professionals, you will provide person-centred support that is responsive to her individual needs, aspirations and preferences.
